Troubleshooting

1.  Check the battery

2.  Listen to the hearing aid with a stethoscope to be sure it is working

3.  Clean the earmold  with a small, soft brush or a pipe cleaner.  It is also possible to use a forced air cleaner. 

4.  Check for cracks in the tubing (if BTE aid)


A working amplification system will give the user the full benefit of the device.
